Account & approval

Commission models & calculation

Commissions follow the model agreed on your account (RevShare, CPA or Hybrid) and are calculated from tracked, validated activity.

Payments & minimum threshold ($250)

Payments are issued in your chosen method once your balance reaches the $250 minimum, on our regular schedule.

Prohibited traffic & fraud

Incentivised, bot, spam and brand-bidding traffic are prohibited. Chargebacks and confirmed fraud may void affected commissions and can lead to suspension.

Intellectual property & creatives

Creatives and trademarks remain the property of their owners and may only be used as permitted within the program.

Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

Limitation of liability

The program is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms; continued participation constitutes acceptance of the latest version.

Governing law
